SHIPPING

Do you ship worldwide?
We are proud to offer free international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.

How do you ship products?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China via EMS, UPS or FedEx, depending on the size and weight of the product.

What about customs?
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive at your country.

How long does shipping takes?
Shipping time varies by location. Most orders take 2 weeks to arrive at a customers door after 3 business days of processing time.

The delivery time is not guaranteed due to the current situation in the world, but we do try to get you your item as soon as possible.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you should be getting an email automatically within 3 weeks after you make your purchase notifying you of your tracking number and courier.

Why does my tracking number show no information?
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-7 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical & custom reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.

What is the country of origin of your products?
Most of our products are manufactured in China.

What if the Item I ordered arrives and it doesn’t look like the photo on the store?
Often times the images used on the store are digital mock-ups of what the product is intended to look like. This will typically vary once the product is created and shipped out.

Please reach out to us to request a return or exchange if you are not satisfied with the final product.

How do I request a refund?
Returns or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the date you receive your order. Please contact our team by emailing us at 
hello@rodecco.com before shipping your package back.

If you ship an item to us for a return or exchange without contacting us first, we cannot guarantee that your request will be processed.

Please note that custom-made items are not eligible for exchanges. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Can I get a different size or color than what is offered through the store?
Yes! You can request a specific size or color by emailing us at hello@rodecco.com.

How long is the warranty period?
The warranty period starts on the date of the original purchase of the product and lasts for one (1) year both for individual customers and business customers.

OTHER

Do you charge VAT?
Our prices are exclusive of VAT — VAT only applies to customers in the EU. The EU business customers can get VAT exemption in the future invoices by providing EU VAT number along with the business name by reaching us at hello@rodecco.com.

Please note that no reimbursement can be offered against the VAT charge from previously paid invoices.
